Regional information

This is a very popular family area, and the region is full of secure complexes. Whilst the western suburbs can be difficult to understand, it is important to be in a family area, and near the highway. There are many malls and hospitals in the region, and the airport will take you about 20-30 mins by car. Metrobus is about 20 minute walk, or 5 minutes by car, and this takes you into the city centre within 45 mins.

Investment information

The complexes proximity to the TUYAP Congregation and Fair complex, its short distance to the metrobus system, and easy access via the major E5 and E6 highways, make the region quite popular. Demand in and around the E5 highway remains high due to easy city centre access.
