Regional information

Bagcilar is your typical Turkish neighbourhood, with traditional bakers, butchers, grocers, cafes, & restaurants all forming the make up of this popular region. A historically industrial neighbourhood, the regions demographic look changed over the last ten years, with most industry moved northwards into Basaksehir, and westwards into Esenyurt. Working class families moved with the industry, and in their place middle class families needing to be close to white collar moved in.

A move into Bagcilar, means you will enjoy decent family life, with easy access to endless malls, private hospitals, and private colleges. The titanic proportioned Mall of Istanbul started the glamour in the region, and since many malls have joined in.

With so much commercial skyscrapers coming up, residential stock is at a premium and in large demand. Bagcilar shows large variation in prices, and hence the smart investor can really target portions that have not appreciated the same as neighbouring areas.
