Despite already being well served by metro, major highway (E5), and two major tunnels, it’s not enough. The M7 metro line is under construction to relieve the overloaded highways and metrobus service. Costing over a billion Lira, this line links Sisli to the Bosphorus coast on one end, and Bahcesehir on the other end. Upon completion in 2019, we expect a spike in property prices and rental return.

An investment in Sisli must still be made at the right price, and can then be considered as safe an investment as one can find in Istanbul.
