Levent is Istanbul's commercial and business district. The skyscrapers that line Buyukdere Avenue are all in excess of 40 stories, with Sapphire the tallest with 64 stories. The region has the highest concentration of malls anywhere in the world with 5 major malls on the same stretch of road!
