About this project

The compound has been architecturally designed to suit its natural environment surrounded by unique beauties that bring together the most beautiful shades of blue and green. The complex offers its residents unique recreational areas in the city such as the Sadabad River flowing directly in front of the project, colorful landscaped areas, ponds, walking-tracks and bicycle trails.

The shopping street, with its restaurants and cafes will give residents a peaceful break from busy Istanbul life, with its unique landscaping and expansive recreational areas. Green space constitutes a huge 72% of the project land, combining water and greenery to a magical effect.

Residents at this fantastic complex will enjoy direct access to the historical parts of Istanbul via the new tramway currently under construction and due to finish in January 2019. With just a few minutes walk, residents will be able to quickly get to historic parts of Istanbul like Eyup Sultan, Balat, Fener, the Egyptian spice bazaar, and the historic peninsula, Fatih and Sultanahmet. Just a short drive in the other direction, residents will enjoy access to the Taxim metro line, for easy access to landmarks like Sisli, Taksim, Levent, Istinye to name just a few.

This is an excellent location for those who prefer to use modern public transport, and avoid the hassle of the infamous Istanbul traffic. Drivers can of course access all parts of Istanbul quite easily with the major TEM highway just a 60 second drive.

Surrounded by many private educational institutions, shopping malls, universities, and hospitals (private), the complex will house a decent demographic of residents.

Smaller apartments here will offer investors an excellent return due to its ease of commuter access, and working families will appreciate the expansive spaces for their children to enjoy playing.

Regional information

Levent is Istanbul's commercial and business district. The skyscrapers that line Buyukdere Avenue are all in excess of 40 stories, with Sapphire the tallest with 64 stories. The region has the highest concentration of malls anywhere in the world with 5 major malls on the same stretch of road! All skyscrapers will enjoy amazing views over the Bosphorus, with the avenue at the peak of a hill. The eastern side of the avenue ironically has a two storey height restriction, and is filled with Uber expensive villas. After Mecidiyeköy, Levent is the second busiest part of Istanbul - not Taksim or Sultanahmet.

Investment information

Investing in Levent is an investment in Istanbul's primary commercial district. Purchasing at the right price here means you will enjoy excellent rental returns, and excellent capital gains. Levent emerged in the 90s, with financial deregulation in Turkey. Istanbul's main bourse was created and banking was heavily deregulated. Filled with factories and warehouses, the government chose Levent ahead of the Media Highway to create this business district. Prices accelerated in the 2000s and so did skyscraper construction, where today the region is saturated, with no further space left for skyscrapers. Government efforts are now concentrated on Ataşehir, where all banks are required to move to by 2019, and to Medi Highway, where there is heavy private and public investment in creating a new business district.
