About this project

This premium mixed use complex is constructed on nearly 18,000 sqm of prime central Istanbul land. Genuinely the last empty plot of land in Sisli, this complex will be the last skyscraper built in the heart of the city.

This glass tower makes maximum use of the land, with green space spread over the low rise roof spaces. This has allowed the architect to design a genuine world class city centre residence fit for kings.

Made up of three blocks with the skyscraper dedicated as a residence, one tower for offices, and the third as a hotel, leaving the ground levels as commercial space. This will be a landmark for Sisli, joining the many landmark buildings already in the region like Anthill, Hilton, and Divan.

Towering almost 50 stories high, stunning Bosphorus views will be available from the highest floors, with the top level dedicated as a 5 start restaurant.

With 536 apartments, 102 offices, a hotel with 168 rooms, and 12 commercial stores, this complex will have something for everyone.

5 star facilities will be on board, with the usual residence facilities joined by special concierge services for high flyers.

This complex is in a region of exceptional demand, with the number of genuine residence compounds not meeting current demand. Pricing is exceptionally low for the region and expected high class quality, and early investors who know Istanbul, know that this is a complex that will provide excellent capital returns

Regional information

Sisli – the heartbeat of Istanbul. The centre of commerce for Istanbul, and therefore Turkey.

The incredible skyscrapers of Bomonti, offer incredible Bosphorus and Golden Horn views, and is fast becoming one of the most expensive real estate space in Turkey. A modern residential skyscraper district, it continues to evolve, with Bomonti, where this project is located, evolving from factory ghetto, to a modern art and fashion centre.

Bomonti today is home to luxury skyscrapers, with Anthill towers, Divan Bomonti tower, and Hilton Bomonti to name a few. The Hilton Bomonti is the largest Hilton in the Europe.

Nisantasi is Istanbul’s most elite fashion district, with big brands such as Gucci, Armani, and Louis Vutton to name just a few. Nisantasi remains a tourist favourite, with major hotels setup in the region. Sisli continues to transform from residential to largely commercial in nature.

Sisli is without doubt one of Istanbul’s wealthiest and most sought after districts.

Investment information

Sisli continues to perform. The engine of Istanbul’s service and commercial sector, demand in Sisli always outstrips supply. This is reflected in our annual statistics, with Sisli continuously outperforming the Istanbul average by quite a distance.

If Taksim is the soul of Istanbul, Sisli is the heart - Istanbul's service sector thumps away at a breakneck pace, and will always be the true centre of commerce in Istanbul.

Despite already being well served by metro, major highway (E5), and two major tunnels, it’s not enough. The M7 metro line is under construction to relieve the overloaded highways and metrobus service. Costing over a billion Lira, this line links Sisli to the Bosphorus coast on one end, and Bahcesehir on the other end. Upon completion in 2019, we expect a spike in property prices and rental return.

An investment in Sisli must still be made at the right price, and can then be considered as safe an investment as one can find in Istanbul.
